Double D mixture adjustment tool works on the original mixture screws, or many carburetor parts stores will sell you new mixture screws with a standard flat tip screw head.

Or you can remove them and carefully cut a slot in them for a common flare blade screwdriver.
Use a couple of pieces of scrap wood to protect the threads and tip, clamp them in a vice, and use a small cutoff wheel or hacksaw.
