Putting Belts Back On correctly - 87 R10

So I got all new belts. I’m assuming I should put the fan on the center cap first and tighten down. Then run the belts for power steering , AC, alternator and last smog pump.

Here’s me before I rerouted the heater hose, deleted smog, and the crank pulley and dampener are off in this pic. The way you said it is right, but here’s a visual anyway.
