Not sure if these are still available. I would look but no idea what they're called either. The 12" square (thereabouts) plastic panels that go behind the inner fenders. They have 2 plastic button retainers holding it to the body and then the front of them is where the inner fenders attach with 2 long smaller machine screws.

Both of mine are broken up.

Sorry I wasn't paying attention to the diagram. I was referring to part #3. The boxed area is what LMC does to indicate a group of parts available as a kit.
