I bought a 79 from a customer of mine. She mentioned she had some door panels in storage that she would find and give me since I bought her truck.

I didnt expect to ever get them so I ordered 2 new panels from LMC, I got the LMC panels in and she called me the next day and said she found them, I figured they were old panels.

I get to her house and there they are 2 brand new panels in the GM boxes. They are blue and my interior is red.

Would you guys keep the factory panels and paint them or send the new ones back to LMC?

Im kind of a purist, but maybe a panel is a panel.

I agree with George. If they are OEM you should be able to get a pretty decent chunk of change for them!

I like the fit and look of factory panels. I had bought a VERY mint set of blue panels from a '78 or so, I dyed them red and put them in my K5.
