I was moving stuff in the garage and while looking at the NP833 transmission case I saw this where the transmission and transfer case mate

. What do I do? Run it? Is it fixable?

I'd run it. Still plenty of meat there to clamp down and properly seal.

It looks like it is cast but even then you can grind it out, weld it up and then drill it out to be perfect again.
