No fire to the plugs

Hello fellas I'm new to the site and I was hoping y'all could help me with this issue I'm having the thing is I have a 88 Chevy Silverado 1500 350 engine 5-speed transmission the truck will start but I'm getting no fire to the plugs how do I check the ignition module

An auto parts store will check the module i think, to verify its integrity.

When you say the truck will start but it's got no fire, that's a bit confusing

I assume you mean it'll crank but not fire up?
Make sure the coil is getting 12 volts during cranking as well, on the pink wire.
