New style power window switches

I just purchased newer model power window switches. Double switch and single switch. I’m having console built and would like to mount new switches in console. Looking for information on how to correctly wire the switches in. The switches came with their own wires but they are not like the factory connection. HELP

Depends on the switches, but most newer switches are not designed to handle the current of the motors and usually used with relays. Original switches tie directly to the motors.
Wiring diagram from the manuals in the reference section should be able to help with how originals are wired
