Is this a crew or standard cab?

8 ft bed.... I'm guessing not a lot of folks do anything with a 1 ton Sierra 454 srw...??? I think it's a great stating point for a muscle truck. Mine has an LS6 spec old school BBC. With the gears and brakes it seems like a fun foundation....

It seems like most were duallies. And if they were single wheel, most of those seemed to be crew cabs.

And as far as being a good start to a muscle truck, sure. In '79 you could still get a factory built shorbed C10 with the 454, and most of the go-fast crowd prefers a half ton truck. Personally, I'll take one either way.
