Hi all, been doing a bit of google reading lately after purchasing an 88 suburban recently. Brought it sight unseen from the other side of the country and had it trucked over to my parents place - I still haven't gotten around to seeing it yet as I live in a remote area so finding the time between work and family commitments has been difficult. I'm fairly new to these chev trucks, but I'll share what details I can - as I mentioned above its an 88 model, right hand drive, 2wd with a 454 and 700r4. General panel and paint is good, just needs some neating up in the engine bay. But as is it should be good for some family cruising.

Finally I've been able to get some time to get my arse into this burb. So I had the burb trucked over from Brisbane to Perth - 4300km (2672miles for you lot) and I'm another 1450km north of Perth (another 900miles) So next week I'll be flying down to perth (2hr flight) and staying for a few days, enough time to change some oils, do some work to a house I'm selling and then make the drive back home. Cant wait to finally meet my burb
