Does anyone have a picture of where the neutral safety switch is mounted? I took mine off 2 years ago and cannot remember where it goes. I am just putting my 78 back together now. It is a standard transmission. I don't think the autos would have one

My '74 is on the clutch pedal linkage.
I'll check it out. See if anything rings a bell. I had it in a bag labeled steering column. I should have labeled everything much better.

Number 9. There will be a switch a lot like it for the brake lights. This diagram is just the clutch parts.

Thank you. That should help out a bunch. Great exploded view. Putting this interior back together has been a challenge. I've put things together only to find out I needed to do something else first. FYI, the brake and clutch pedal need to be installed before you install the the steering column
