hey guys just wanted to know if a cluster from a 88 suburban will plug right into a 79 c10 without modifications to the wiring or cables? Thanks

Both trucks have gauges? If so, then yes. The '88 cluster will have a VSS connector that you won't need, but it can just be along for the ride.
