I want to lower the front and rear of my truck a bit more, I’m running 20” front and rear wheels. As it sits now is how the previous owner set it up
Do I need to buy drop spindles for the front or can I remove half a coil on each spring?
Rear has been flipped by previous owner and I have taken out 2 leaf springs, can I buy a different shackle to lower it further without having to notch the frame?

Not knowing how the front is lowered that is almost impossible to answer.
If it has already been lowered with springs the next best step would be spindles. They offer a good drop and help keep geometrey of the corrent setup.

The rear - Yes, you could use some 1/2" drop shackles. If you do more than likely you will have a cross brace on the bed that will hit. That brace will need to be notched.
