4-5" if you plan on using it as a truck.
6" flip if you don't plan on carrying much weight. Otherwise you'll have to notch to tow/haul more than a few hundred pounds.

Consider the ride, my friends truck is lowered with no notch and rides like a buckboard. I’m guessing that’s where the c notch comes into place.

Nope, depends on how he lowered it an what shocks are on it. A flip doesn't require a notch just to cruise around

4/6 you can do without a notch depending on how you plan to use it. Don't buy a kit just get the parts an buy good shocks.

More info here: Thread 'Wanna slam that 63-98 C10/C1500? Lets talk about it!' https://www.gmsquarebody.com/threads/wanna-slam-that-63-98-c10-c1500-lets-talk-about-it.38131/

Any off the shelf cast wheel will fit fine. Don't worry about the offset, tire size is more critical unless your paying big money for custom built 3 piece wheels.

We did just the axle flip in the rear and no notch is needed and it rides perfectly fine. A little truck like even.
Front we did 3" spindles and 2" springs. This was a little low for in the front so 1.5" springs were put in to level it out.

What brand did you go with? Looking just how I want mine to sit.

AJ, I think your truck looks great the way it sits now IMHO
I was thinking the same thing. That, and it's a long bed. To me, short beds look okay lowered, but long beds, not so much.
