I've used the search function and haven't had any luck, maybe the thread started as something else and someone just threw in the electric fan info. Anyways somebody on this forumn is running an electric fan out of I think it was a Jeep in a stock square fan shroud. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

I think your right windstar/taurus is supposed to be. I've got a Taurus fan and a couple of others. But the jeep one caught my eye, due to the simplicity.
