There is a setting in hptuners under the "speedo" tab that lets you raise the fuel cutoff speed from 98 to 256. I kept getting fuel cutoff just after 1000 foot mark and coasting to the 1/4 mile mark.

14.6 @ 85mph lol

My 1000 foot was 88 mph.

Found the speed limiter after I got home.
