Has anybody converted to the led headlamps on their square body? I have an 86 k10 and am considering the change over just wanted to see if anyone had any experience with them. Also what brands have you tried

LED won't output the same amount of light for driving.

Upgrade your wiring harness and toss in some H4s.

Are those the composite style replacements?

All an LED headlamp will do is blind the oncoming drivers and you'll cause accidents. PLEASE do not do this!!

Honestly just looking for anything that will make the lights a little brighter. Don't wanna blind anyone just not happy with the seal beams.

I have put on the round 7" H4 headlights on my truck with the Euro beam pattern. MUCH better. At the same time I put in the LMC upgraded headlight harness. This pulls power from the battery itself instead of it going thru your headlight switch where you lose voltage.

Since the headlight harness could handle some additional wattage I ordered some 55W/100W bulbs. Low beam is the same wattage, but the high beam is 100 watts. Very nice.
