So, I have some real not-good leafs on my truck

This is just one pic, but trust me when i say there is more. there is more.

I have two places I could source USED springs for (more on them in a second), but I want to know if i should be buying new springs or how many leafs in a pack are needed for my application.
I have a 3/4 ton which sees at least 1200 pounds in the bed for traction and at least 500 pounds up front for the plow(those springs will need replacement, but i will buy those. no used ones good i have)

Because this truck doesnt see road, i dont want to drop all this money on it for new ones if its not gonna do me better. But, if the used ones arent gonna do me better or will need significant work, then new might be the option.

This is my first option:

These are on my trailer, which hauls at most sub 1000 pounds normally, being divorced from a truck I think I safely could step down the leaf packs or get another smaller set or something. Thoughts?
But if I can do that, these would likely be good on my truck, which both are broken, some more than in one spot. I would look into relevant bushings/mounting if i go that route, but just needing thoughts.

My second option

This is a 1/2 ton frame and 52 inch springs.. so shorter.. but im not an expert on if that would be able or good for carrying the load of my truck. Any thoughts? Maybe the trailer?

Otherwise, you guys have any suggestions? Before I do u joints and some other work on my truck, i want to sort the springs and trans/motor mounts, i dont think the twisting and binding of components has helped the springs..

and front springs. i have HD front end, 3 leaf, any recommendations? plow does sag the front

The trailer with the 14 bolt looks like 1/2 ton springs.
They'll probably be 52's.

The other Truck frame is also a 52".

Your 3/4 Ton truck is 56 ain't it?

Seems like neither option would work for you unless you relocated your hangers.

To the right is 1/2 ton 52
To the left is 3/4 Ton 52" (I lucked out and found a 52" 3/4 Ton leaf pack)

Going back on what I said, looks like the trailer has 1 or 2 more leafs in it.

Why did you need a 52 inch spring? And oh okay. So you think the trailer might be too weak? I ran the VIN and I thought it was 3/4, being 8 lug 14 but who knows lol. Yes I have the long springs on my truck, I wouldn't be against 52 simply because ridw quality isn't the main concern

I needed 52 because my burb is originally 52"

I can't tell from the pic how many leafs are on the trailer packs.

I find it hard to believe that with all the cool stuff laying around your place, there's no 56" springs around. Maybe you just haven't found them yet?

There "were" 56 inch springs.. I can show you the unsprung pile of them.. :( the individual leaves are probably all there but they have been flat and not packed together for a long long time I only have 2 good used ones not pictured, they aren't a match or pair tho

This is from my 77 frame. One is intact but the other is.. not so intact. It's not viewable here in this photo, but one spring pack is kinda missing the end eye part.

So I guess just the long/top leaf of the one spring pack is broken... could I repair that/replace that piece?

this is what i meant about just laying about unsprung from a pack.

I do technically have this trailer as option for the leafs.. but its a short stepside with what i believe is half ton everything. so prob not the best option
