Thank you

Should plug into the cruise control servo if I’m seeing what I think I’m seeing.

Well, that explains why it's unplugged, lol. The servo would have been mounted to the engine, kinda next to the distributor.

little hijack, so this plug would be a good place to tap into the switch on the column for an LS swap cruise?

Thanks for the post and pic Kirk, hope you don't mind me asking.

I know that the ‘99-‘02 GMT800s use an aesthetic revision of the same type of stalk that had been around since 1984. Therefore they’ll use the same four wires plus a ground to turn it on, set/coast, resume/accelerate, and disengage. Whatever entity is commanding the electronic throttle to do things, should accept input from your dinosaur multifunction stalk. That’s just my theory. I don’t know what you’d do differently, if anything, in an ‘03-‘07 setup.

Well it turns out I think all ya'll are right. I now too think it goes to a cruise control server. I think it also explains why the round vacuum reservoir is also unplugged.
Thank you everyone for the replies.
