looks like the cruise control servo and bracket. mounts with the servo toward the driver from the distributor.

I don’t think there’s a single correct answer that covers all years. Mine goes to a T-fitting on the firewall and from there goes to several other points, including the cruise control diaphragm, through the firewall, another T-point, etc. etc.
