I've never seen that set of instructions before. Civilian trucks had the jacks stowed under the hood.

yeah ive got 4 of those, I use em as jack stands too. worth snagging them at the junkyard.

Is your actual rear axle u-bolts over or under?


mine are from the top down. they have some stamped steel plates that go on top of the leaf springs that hold the u-bolt in place and cast steel piece thatfits over the axle tube that the u-bolts go through then the nuts go on from the bottom
