If the nut broke off, it should just pull apart.

Put a big punch in the hole on the bottom side and hammer the crap out of it.

Its been a long time since I replaced the bushings on my truck, so I don't remember exactly why it was a PIA. I do remember I had to get a new type of socket to reach the bolt head, since none of mine would work in the tight spaces. However, from your picture it looks like the bolt head is fairly easy to reach.

Do you have a picture of the other side to see what it is that broke loose?

You have to pull the grille out and snake an extension with a socket down into the support. The ones I’ve seen are pretty open, seemed as any socket would work

Sorry for the delayed response. I have tried turning it with a ratchet and socket but it seems to be seized up. Hitting it with a punch from the bottom doesn't seem to push it anywhere. Attached it an image of the other side removed.

This!
I dont see a nut either or the big washer that holds the other side of body mount you should be able to lift it right out of the frame. Then deal with the stuck bolt maybe flip the support over hit with some pb blaster and then a hammer and it should come out.

See I wasn’t sure if he’s just trying to replace the bolt or do bushings, if you can get the whole core support out it would probably be easier.

But at this point there’s nothing left but rust and friction holding it, use some squirrley and possibly a torch to heat it up and either get an air hammer or a BFH

drown it with pb blaster, or diesel/kerosene ? then smack after a few hours, or you may have to drill it out. hope not . soak it very well may take a few times? smack a few more times, until it loosens up.

So I got the bolt out. However the support still doesn't move? Am I missing any more bolts? I took 9 off each side. 5 where they meet with the inner fenders, 3 where the wheel well meet, and one next to where the turn signals are. I attached images where the bolts were. It was a total of 18 body bolts. Any ideas?? or should i take a BFH to it and try to break it loose?

The bolts you need to take out are visible in the last picture. It's the backsides of them. You will need to remove the filler panel and remove the little brace on each side.

It will also be easier if you loosen the fender to cab bolts so you can spread the fenders apart a little.
