Heim Joint Hardware

Recently I purchased a drag link setup from WFO Offroad. I received all the parts in a box for the Heim Joint hardware except for two pieces. I have no idea what they're called and was wondering if anyone here knew what they were called. I will post pics below. Note: WFO has done this to me twice now. I don't want to buy from them again and will be looking for another option to purchase these....incase you were wondering.

Safety washer i do believe or rode end spacer. That ones in the bottom right corner

That one on the bottom right is it!!! I googled that darn thing for hours and didn't find that shape. Very much appreciated Origin.
