Heater core to firewall seal

Can't find this 1982 non-AC heater core seal on any of the usual vendor sites. Any suggestions?

That's GM part 6273325 - SEAL, HTR CORE PIPE. A quick search suggests that it is NLA everywhere. Same part number all the way up to 1991.

Yours doesn't look too bad anyway.

But, if it really bothers you, maybe run a little bead of silicone around the pipes.

Or fabricate an extra layer from some thin rubber sheet gasket. Take the seal off the pipes, lay it on a piece of rubber - then trace and cut it. Put the two pieces back on the pipes with the new gasketing nearest the firewall. You'll end up with a nice new flat surface to form a good seal.

You might could use some black insulating cork tape, from a Heating & Air Supply House.

Buy a piece of epdm rubber, it's available in various sizes and sticky/non sticky. then cut your own gasket with a box cutter.
