Has anybody seen a 7.4-454 with a little square tag on the right side behind the motor mount?

The tags reads : manufactured for general motors, part no.88890529, date 05-2002, serial no.17683, then 1113 at the bottom
Any idea about what this motors origin is ?

Shows as a standard 7.4 crate motor according to the part number. GM crate engines had the tags. Here is one from an 8.0l
