Since I'm going away to college this year, I'll be parking my '87 until who knows when. But it's not going to be totally forgotten. I have a couple ideas that I wanted to share with you guys and think about it for the future.

I'm thinking of swapping it over to a roundeye with a carb'd 350 and throwing a 5 speed behind it with 3/4 ton axles and 31's since it's not original anyway. I'm looking for more of a "baja" 4x4 style with a bright yellow paint job and stripes like this one. And of course I'd keep the Dick Cepek lights on top and all the goodies. What do you guys think? To do this I would tear it all back down and redo the frame and the cab since it's not nice enough for me.

I think John Baker's truck fits the "Baja" theme. And it has lots of hickey enterprises goodies
