For your compariosn...
It is looking like the 81 is very similar to your 84 block. I noticed the 81 and your 84 block both have dual turn signal / flasher relays, where the 85 and 86 appear to have a single flasher relay that likely works both the flashers and the turn signals.

I entirely expected the 91 Fuse block to be different than the rest.

Interesting. (to quote Spock)

I mentioned earlier that the wiring diagrams for 1984, have only ONE flasher (lower right) in the diagram. I am going to check the 81 diagram..........Found a 1982 diagram and it has 2 flashers on the panel

Getting more pictures of actual panels would be great for comparisons

BTW I like the look of the 91 panel, fuses on the lower part and tap points on the upper part, cleaner appearance IMHO

I too liked the 91 better. Seems more organized and making more sense.

Makes me wonder if your 84 fuse block maybe isn't an 84. I really expected it to look alot like the 85 and 85 blocks with the single flasher, but it has 2 like the 81.

Here's how the fuse locations are layed out in a 1984 block:

@chengny Do you by any chance have these same diagrams of an 85 year model? On my 85 K10 that was OEM 6.2 diesel, I'm wondering if I used my engine bay harness off of my 85 C20 350 Gas truck if that would make any wiring changes I need to make by default to run a gas engine. I'm thinking not much is different with exception the Injection pump wire will now be a coil wire.

So that pretty much confirms what I suspected and was hoping. The IGN and Diesel is all on the same lug. So IGN to dizzy for gas, To INJ Pump for Diesel. I don't have to change ****. Just pull the GAS underhood harness off the C20 and plug it into the block. :waytogo:
The Glow Plug Controller is it's own stand alone harness so it'll be eliminated. Then I'll swap my C20 Fuel Gauge in too so it don't say Diesel Fuel Only or Unleaded Fuel Only just to be politically correct.

What is the name of this part? I’ve had several issues lately I had a wire pop inside the junction box and melted a couple wires in the harness and I tried splicing them but I’m not having any luck with finding the name of the part or anything and need to get this changed soon

'Bulkhead connector' is what I've always heard it referred to.
