Previous owner just put this carb on my son’s truck to get it started for the sale. Haven’t really driven truck but a few miles so far, but starts right up. Is this a Ford carb on our 350 Chevy engine? Will work OK?

If it runs well or just needs some minor tuning, it'll be perfectly fine. Ford carb or not, it's still a Holley.

I would venture to say that it is actually off a Ford cough, cough, vehicle straight from the factory supplied by Holley as evidenced by the air horn numbers and also the word "Motorcraft" on the front fuel bowl!

That distrinctly Ford part number would also be a clue.
