I've decided to space out my wheel and tires given my backspacing issues, rather than source new wheels I'll get my wheels swapped over and if I feel the need for fender flares I will get some sorted.

Has anyone had any experience with fender flares, ezflares?

dont want to ruin the look of the truck but worries flexible rubber flares wont stick!

If you look at their gallery it has a 89-91 Square body (below). You can use a screw and washer to retain the flare. I would not be hard to do with your truck since you already has wheel well trim that is attached with screws.
