Are you going to shim the springs over a bit, or just squeeze them onto the perches?

Ord makes a leaf spring bushing kit to fix the perch spacing so going to go with that it's not expensive and people have had good luck with it!

From what I remember, it's mostly slightly different, but close enough it all works fine. Slightly different shock mounts, different steering arm, slightly narrower track width, smaller wheel studs, 4 u-bolts rather than 3, and sometimes external hubs. Did I get it all? I feel like I forgot stuff.

Interested in what needs to be changed as well, but mostly only been finding ford d60 that requires the driver side drop transfer case

So your right on everything but the u bolts.
Axle is over all 2in shorter
Short shaft is dodge specific
Long shaft will stay the same as chevy
Spring perch plate for passenger side is dodge specific including stud size.

I am using all chevy knuckles and hubs and brakes.

If you were using dodge and do not quote me here but I believe the rotors are smaller and it has external hubs witch I dont care for at all.

In the long run if you can get a chevy 60 it would benefit you greatly but for the small few that get a dodge 60 here is your thread i will try and explain all details and things i had to do for me!

The ford king pin 60s are also a good upgrade for your square body but the problem I have always had is there double the price of a chevy 60!

I also read the pinion angles down a little more than a GM.
