Just out of curiosity, I called a local shop in Spokane and asked for an estimate to get my springs for my project K30 refurbished. They are 56" 1 ton 9 leaf with factory overload with no broken leafs and just a tiny bit of wear on the ends of the overload leafs from hitting the stops. Since had not had this done for 20 years, was a bit shocked at the rough quote of $250 per pack. What do refurbs cost in your neck of the woods?

So..... $150 more than brand new springs? Seems pretty ridiculous to me, although it is probably accurate just based on hours of labor it would take them to tear down, clean, and rebuild. I would just buy new honestly.

Lol, I thought so. I know the price of springs has went up for some things, just thought I would check. Was going to buy a set of Carli 1" lift offset rears for my 05 Dodge 3500 last year, then they were around $1000...last week they were almost $1800. Not going to happen just to fit 37's under, stock it stays.
