What is there not to like here? 4x4 and SBC 400. Needs work !!! I hit the guy up to see what he'd take in trade. I'd let my favorite pow pows go to have this. Those can be replaced, this can't. If I can work this out, the K10/20 conversion project will be sold and the axles and such for it will be going in this.

That's awsome but they could of done away with the front set of tail lights lol a Burb version would have been a bit more roomier lol

I kind of prefer them this way. A smart guy could then have a spare top, drop the bumper extensions and then have a standard K5 Blazer with or with the top, or with the camper. I'm not much of slide in camper kind of guy, but being these things are rare, I'd have it. I'm not even a fan of round eye pre 81 Squares, but I'd have this one in a heartbeat.

The guy responded, he'd rather have cash. He's needing a quick sale to move to Maui.

I don't mind the wheelbase. It's a K5 Blazer all day long. Same specs, frame and all. It just has the chassis mounted RV on it. I just want the POS cuz they're rare. I mean I'd get it running and driving good, but what are the odds I'd ever get it totally restored as far as the coach went? It would be easy to do in my own custom way, but I'd want to keep it OEM as possible. There are brochures and such that show the floor plan and features. I'm wanting to say that 76 and 77 were the only 2 years these were made. I'll have to look to see what the GMC called it, but he GMC was even more rare. Several years ago I read up on them a bit just because and figured I'd never see one let alone own one. But I would if I could. Everyone can own a square, I just like getting the rare stuff. Like longbed stepside even though I'm not a stepside fan. The 4 speed OD A833 and that I would love to have, and this Chalet even though I'm really not a fan of slide in RV's. It's all about the rarity for me. Something that not everyone else has. Kinda like always wanting to put an Olds 455 in one of my squares with the variable pitch Th400,

Also IIRC, there was only those 2 color options show above in Pic #1 and Pic #5. Either the light tan 2 tone or the Brown/Tan 2 tone.
