Bench Seat ID

I need some help trying to ID my front bench so that I can find covers and seat foam. I am thinking it may be out of a Suburban. The base has been modified to bolt into my 1981 Crew Cab. Thanks.

it's called a triway i used one out a 80 c20 crew cab bolted in my old 77 c10
