Ive seen a few images of the GMT400 (+95 and up) column swapped with dash into squarebodies but no tutorial on them. Anyone here done it? And if so please post pics.

I haven't seen one, but I gotta ask... what's the purpose? Those columns don't function any better than the stock column.

the shift linkage is on the wrong side of the columb and the lower section that goes through the fire wall is different. Probably more trouble than it's worth. With that said I used the upper part of the column from where it tilts on up. You can mix and match parts and it works. I gained intermittent wipers a newer style cruise switch and column hi beam switch. The best way is to use a column from a later 90-91 burb it will have all the newer pieces and just bolt in. ( be aware there is a splined vs square lower shaft not sure of the year split)

edit just realized 95 uses an airbag column totally different its going to require lots a fabrication.

The multi-function switch started way back in '84.
