OK I read it wrong! I still think you can use a cutoff wheel, you just have to have a steady hand and go at an angle as deep as you can, then use the chisel and a bfh.

I've tried the BFH and Chisel today for a good length of time. Cut off wheel just isn't going to get inside the inset. If it would, I could have used the 4in angle grinder. Tomorrow I may go and see what kind of cut off wheel I can get for my dremel.

Honestly if I didn't need this truck for a few things I wouldn't even fix it. I just want my K5 running.

You got a welder? Weld around the inside of the race and when it cools off it should break loose, from what I heard anyway. Never did it myself lol.

I shot the pooch. Gonna have to go to my dads and get the spindle off the spare C20 frame. I was using an air cut off wheel and making good progress. It bound up, jerked and grabbed the threads for the castle nut. So it's trash now. I'll just brake the upper and lower ball joints and tie rod loose and remove it all and replace it now. Sucks Ass !!! Story of my fukn life. Nothing can be easy or go as planned.
