This is our 81 C20. It has a 350ci w/ a TH350. We pulled the engine and trans out together as the trans needed to be rebuilt and put a new gasket set on the engine while it was out. Due to me breaking my arm over the summer it has taken us longer to get it put back together.

Great Pyrenees didn't come with the truck, but he did decide the bed was a great place to sleep.

Come'on dude, can't you come up with anything more original than taking a picture of you fingering your grill and posting it on the internet? :pimp::hidesbehindsofa::rofl:

Fingering it? I was clearly pointing to those perfectly fine grill guard bolts on the driver side :waytogo:
Thanks, wish I had a cool story behind it but nothing that interesting.

I have a different camera I'll use now so I won't end up posting blurry cell phone pics.

Nice project :) There's very few who can make quick work of their projects so don't worry about it taking "too much time" just pick at it and enjoy the process :)

Too True! Every time I try and put a dead line to stuff I just end up aggravated and pissed off! cause it never goes to plan lol

I have learned that 2 is better than 1. 1 to drive and 1 to work on :)

Understood & thanks for words of encouragement.

Good day today. 4 new headlight adjusting screws in, battery in, ground wires in, wipers working, 4 new radiator pads in and radiator in. After this break I am taking I'll have upper and lower hoses in, transmission lines in, and hope to have my fuel line run as well.

    Getting closer. :party36:
