That's a beauty! Great find!
I might spray it down with some cheap enamel if I get around to it when it's warm. The primer doesn't bug me too much, but the trim does. What's there has been painted black and all the body mouldings are gone.
It just keeps raining and it won't let up, but here's some pictures.
Everything works as it should, except for the dome lights and the AC.
Holy family truckster, oh wait you need that don’t you?
It even has the tire condom
Yep, with the original bias ply spare under it.
It gets better with each post of pics!
That interior is a lot cleaner than I expected cool Burb
When it quits raining, I'll get some shots of the underbody and rear wheel tubs. They are surprisingly nice. I thought the right side of the rear body sill was rotted, but it turns out it's just the floor panel itself that's rusted. That's a first for me. The PO showed me where he put some Bondo in the hood and the rear wheel arches, I think that's the worst of the rust.
And I don't know where this thing has lived. The front dealer plate might be original? But there's stickers in the window that say it was in Michigan in the late 80's, which I think is where the PO bought it.
Baby....I’m soon going out to roll this cab off after I empty it lol and it’s raining. We want pics and you getting soaked doing it is just funnier that way. Lol
Front plate, very faded. Used to say Sunset Chevy, Sarasota Florida.
And bumper thingys too top shelf stuff right there
Rain is just life right now, no avoiding it.
