5.3 build pushrod question

So I have a gen 4 5.3 (LY5) im planning to swap into my c10. I already have a new cam (Summit racing stage 2 pro LS truck swap cam) and Im planning to do an AFM delete. My question is, will I need to get new pushrods if Im reusing the rocker arms but installing new lifters?

Lots of people have and do. Texas speed had a pretty good deal on 7.4 chrome moly push rods. I bought some but they have yet to show up.

I think summit has an AFM and DOD delete kit that includes everything you need to do it. Not sure what is included

I did a an AFM delete last summer in my wife's 2015 Yukon. Got my parts from Texas Speed, I highly recommend them. Yes I do believe the push rods need to be swapped out as well as valve springs. May also require cam phaser limiter kit. Not sure about oil pump, I think the 4 required a new oil pump and the gen 5 does not.
