When I assembled my brakes I use caliper grease to prevent squeals and chatter. Are the bearings good/tight?

Are the caliper slide bits in place? There must be something loose to cause the noise.

Im guessing the little clips arent in there and the pads are rattling. If thats the case, you can buy the clips.

Yeah, little spring clips that hold the pad in the caliper. Mine were missing and rattled like crazy. Id say i found them in ebay. Ill see if i can find a link or picture.

Thank you, the pads are loose in the caliper and the caliper is loose in the spindle, do they make a thicker spring plate for the bottom?

Do you have these clips installed on the ends of the pads?

If the caliper is loose too itll be either the pins(that hold the caliper on)or the bushings and rubber orings in the caliper being worn. Ive bought the pins but not the bushings/orings because ive always replaced the whole caliper, but im sure you can get them.

I found a place that sells over sized slide plates, going to try that and the clips for the pads, thank you for all the info!
