1985 k20 Long bed. I need a Trans crossmember. Repop? used? Who has one??

do you mean the W for a np208 or the flat for a np208 or np205

There are a few companies that make aftermarket. You need to post a pic of the one you have, there are several different types OEM.

Have you went to a junkyard or Craigslist? There's probably 10 guys parting out trucks around here, just on CL.

He would have the W crossmember for an NP208 on an 85 which also fits the NP241C since they are almost identical transfer cases. Only the internals are different. He can use the later model NP208/NP241C crossmember also. Pictured here on top. He will have to drill holes to bolt it in since it has a wider footprint than the W Crossmember. The W crossmember hangs lower and seems to get bent up alot. I've seen many bent up W crossmembers. This later model one does not hang down as low but does have the wider footprint probably to make up the difference in strength. That's the one I thought I could pick up at my dad's on Labor Day weekend and I never found it.

what about the double drop one?
Do you mean the one pictured on the bottom in the above pic? That's usually common on the NP203 trucks or the tall adapters for NP205. There's both short and tall adapters for NP205.
