Chance to get a 64 Stepside. Straight 6 and 4 speed. Running but needs some TLC. All OEM parts and seem all to be there.

Any idea what its worth???

I don't know about out your way, but over here in the land of rust, it's a 4k truck if it's roadworthy and a short bed.

To a lot of people, yes. Personally, I don't care. Nevermind the fact that my two regular cab trucks are short beds, that's just how it worked out.

Except at least 5k. I got mine for 3900, he was asking 4500. That was in 2015. On nadaguides my 65 is valued at 28k average retail.

Yep, Other vehicles. I had a 62 Chevy half ton, and a 64 GMC 3/4 ton. I know a bit, and so does Double Dingo.

Yes sir. I know the 65's very well. And there wasn't a huge difference from 63 to 66.

No you won't. "Other Vehicles".
I got a 69 the other day and didn't join another forum. I guess if we can't figure it out I'll do without. lol

I say buy it and then we can ask for another section in other vehicles for ancestors of the square if we need it. Hahaha

BTW, that I6, if it's the OEM 6, it'll be a 230. Great running engines and last forever. I had one and they got a bit of power. Same bore and stroke as a 283 just that it's 6 cyl instead of 8. Don't lose that head. It's good for compression. In the event you have to swap out to a 250, use that head.

Thanks. Gotta look over it really good. Belongs to my neighbor who rarely runs it.
