Rotor discoloration, pulsing
Just replaced rotors and pads because of pulsing so I thought the rotor was warped. The problem still exists and I notice the new rotor is discolored. Bad wheel bearing? Maybe caliper? I greatly appreciate your help, thank you. 2014 gmc sierra 1500.- mxer147

240 vs 260 temperature gauge
Is the signal automatically calibrated for the installed gauge? I’m considering switching instrument clusters, the cluster installed currently has a gauge 100-240F, the other I’m considering installing is 100-260F. The remaining gauges are the identical to each other, except the temperature gauge.- mxer147

Hoes or Holes
PO(s) made Swiss cheese in the box, which I plan to weld up. I get the 10 holes on the top rails of the box but I don’t get the the holes in the front corners. Ideas? I don’t want to fill the holes if they might serve a purpose down the road. -

Firewall Plastic Shroud
What is the purpose of the firewall plastic shroud? My k20 is the only time I’ve ever seen one. I’m gonna work on the AC evaporator but looks like I have to remove this first and it goes along the entire firewall with multiple parts to remove. -
Can you clean gauges?
So I got some junk yard gauges yesterday which the face plates are a little dirty so I was wondering if I can clean them up without ruining or dulling the painted print? I recall trying this on my chevelle gauges and the paint smeared. -
