TH400 - Harsh 1-2 shift, smooth 2-3 shift
The Trans is the only thing not rebuilt when my dad went thru my truck. 1-2 shift is pretty harsh when accelerating or under load. It shifts smoother if I let off the gas. 2-3 shift is so smooth I can barely feel it regardless of throttle or load. Is there an adjustment for 1-2 shift...- GTME94

Need input - '95 K2500 Suburban purchase
I love my square but its purpose is to tow our boat and be a second vehicle at a vacation home. It tows great but a 3 person vehicle for a 4 person family with a dog doesn't work so great. 454 secondary air filter screen?
Anybody know about a secondary mesh filter inside of the air cleaner on a 454? Mine has one and it looks pretty blocked. I'm thinking of taking it out, however it is attached with some sort of glue or goop.- GTME94

Steering column/key lock/protector like "The Club"?
Has anyone seen an anti-theft type device that goes around the steering column to protect the lock cylinder? I'm envisioning a metal device with a hinge that you put around the column and locks with a padlock. It would prevent a thief from breaking the lock cylinder and starting the truck. A...- GTME94
