Anyone know what the orange wire in the back of the temperature control vacuum switch goes to? Can't find it in the wiring diagram, and it's not shown in my Painless wiring book.- Juggernaut

Does anyone have an original KC4 engine oil cooler from the 70's? I was wandering if there was any bracket or insulator where the hoses pass through the frame cross member on these trucks. Heater box question
Can anyone tell me if any sealant or rubber seal was originally used between the heater box and the firewall under the dash? The box has posts at each of the mounting points to space the box out away from the firewall. Just seems there would be a lot of air either blowing into the insulation or...- Juggernaut
