Ring and pinion swap
I have an 86 c15 with 3. 08 gears and a th350. I'm pulling a camper with the truck and it seems a bit too steep for this. Any issues just buying a 3.73 ring and pinion set? I should just need a new crush washer and set the depth, lash and pinion bearing preload again right? I'm plan on just...- Savageftr

Coolant temp issues...
Anyone have issues with their temp gauge reading lower than it should? I replaced the sending unit but it still reads less than half what it should be at operating temp. I have confirmed it's warming up properly. It's like there is high resistance at one of the connections between the gauge...- Savageftr

Spare tire mount under the bed with trailer hitch?
I'm looking for a spare tire mount for under the bed that will work with my trailer hitch. I currently have the factory side mount spare tire carrier in the bed but I'd like to relocate it. Will a factory one work? Where to buy one LMC? -
Tires on stock Rally Wheels?
What size tires are people running on stock rallys? I was thinking 275/60R15 Radial T/As on the rear and either the same on the front if they wont rub or narrower but the same overall diameter. -
Factory leather steering wheel
Looking for more examples of factory leather wrapped steering wheels like mine. Who's got one in their truck - pics? What other options did your truck come with? Mine is the only example I have been able to find, these were apparently a Wrangler Edition exclusive with the "B" option package... -
