Build 'em like they used too?
My old 77 k10 has been pretty dependable.But when its not,its is everything at once.Engine developed a stumble,then one day it quit getting fuel.Replaced a completely clogged filter.Then the bearing in waterpump started growling.And already went thru two alternators trying to find one that didnt...- Octane

Dana front axle yoke
My pinion seal started leaking more than I could stand.I replaced it.Had to use a puller to remove the yoke,then on install it wouldnt slide on easily so I tapped it a bit.Think I pushed the pinion bearing race out as now it's all loose.Good grief it never ends...Gonna pull the diff and pinion...- Octane
