Rear spring bushings
I have my truck torn down in a winter redo. While at it I have decided it would be a great time to replace the rear spring bushings. So I go to the local parts store and was given a pair for the forward bushings that are 1.75" and a pair for the rear that are 1.5". Here is my problem, my truck...- Paint guy

Lower control arms....
I am in need of control arms for my truck. They are pitted badly having lived in CT all its life. I see there are stock replacement uppers available, but can't seem to find lowers. I have an 87 R10, so two wheel drive control arms. Or am I just not finding what I need, do you know of any...- Paint guy

Eliminating one fuel tank... looking fir a how too.
My 87 has dual tanks and I am replacing the bedsides and the new one has only one filler. I will be eliminating the driver side fuel tank. What will I need to do to do this beyond the simple removal of the tank? I am guessing there will have to do something with the selector? Remove the fuel...- Paint guy

Control arm replacements.
So I have an 87 R10. The front control arms, both upper and lower are, well from New England. Lol. They’ve seen better days. And while I could remove them, press out all bushings and ball joints. Then sand blast and paint etc before rebuilding them. I would prefer to just replace with new units...- Paint guy

6' bedside availability
The truck I just picked up has mint floors and supports, but both bed sides are pretty rough. I have seen all the patches available and could go that route if I have to. But I started looking for complete replacement bed sides. Goodmark lists them for roughly $900 per side. I also saw them on... -
