Oh wow didnt realize it could do raw that quickly (joke insert here) I would either have the raw+jpg setting for compatability or something else, because far too few things will accept that mb or file type

lockup trans use different materials than non lockup. a th350c will burn up if it doesnt lockup. Maybe the fact most modern ones are designed to stay locked most of the time and only be unlocked partially for NVH with barely any slip (so barely heat or wear)

notice how his photo details had "RAW" in the corner where mine says HEIF? and ISO 100 vs my iso 50. he was out there shooting photos for the deep quality, if you did that for everyday youd have to be super still and you would have to wait for the phone to catch up with processing or you would...

2.73:1 Rear - Do I have a chance in hell to......

I did not word it properly. I was saying, that, driving in OD, with proper controls, your trans will lock up. even if it shifts a lot between 3 and 4. but depending on the year, im pretty sure there may not be lockup in 2. sustained driving would be bad if it wasnt able to lockup in that gear...

only because of first gear tho, for take off. which is a fair point, i forgot the first gear was optimized for 700r4

careful on that, depending on the year 700r4 this may or may not allow the converter to lockup, which if it doesnt will toast the trans anyway, but the shifting may help it do that.

3.43 or whatever may be decent too, because its clearly an mpg build truck. the 305 is fine enough but the 2.73 is just ridiculous to use it for anything truck like. it literally should be the Suburban Mom(female) or Pavement Princess(male) package ratio.

youre nto doing at the speed of that road. so if you can do it on 55mph roads, id say so. avoid hilly areas. youre not putting any torque in 4th gear so badly it may not adviseable to use it at all The 305 being a 350 and a 2.73 being 3.08 would be a lot different lol

of you ever repair it, converting to gen iv stretch belt for the AC only is a great way to repair that without the pricy tensioner because the AC tensioner both is insanely placed for long life reasons, and the belt is behiond the serpentine so its not ever in the way unless its time to remove...

You lose 5? i dont have 4. I really wish I had 4. my truck in 2005 or 2006 was seen by dealer, and replaced the resistor and pigtail before this issue was formally acknowledged, gm had a special coverage that covered the full repair that included a new blower motor, resistor, and wiring (if...

    Have you checked your ground?

The GM plated studs? DO NOT DAISY CHAIN ALL GROUNDs .you can daisy chain some grounds. The daisy chaining will create what i talked about above. The bed, rear frame can chain. The firewall can chain to the other firewall, you can probably do the fender to. You should do the frame to the body...

pag oil is a must, the green ones are indeed compatible with r134a If you would like the TSB gm issued for 1987 R/V trucks -1991 burbs/blazers , and every other vehicle basically they made 1984-1993 lol It has a lot of specifics for the trucks, which a 1987 will be fundamentally similar to a 1983

    Gauge Cluster Swap

I I really hate these coolant gauges, but on the plus side as long as you have a sender in, and you pay attention to where operating temp is, you can figure it out from there. but generally they wanted the needle to be near mid way
