    Clue me in! I see the 205 is the preferred xfer case on this forum. Outside of an easy offset repair kit for a stretched 203 chain why go to all the hassle?

    Here’s a couple details. Used 2 EMT 3/4 couplings tack welded to a stud to slip over the htr. hoses. Keeps em tidy. High temp epoxy to mate the hoses into 3/4 copper reducers Going to htr.     Stock 74 k20 w/ 350. Compared to almost anything else there’s not a lot of bay clutter in these trucks.     Unusual radio issue

    Some if us are so old we don’t recall particulars. But, the thing that popped into my head was an alternator issue causing this. Bad blocking diode and battery is feeding the radio thru charging circuit. Next time the radio stays on unplug the alt. See if that kills the radio.

    Heres a break out of the items under your horn button. Recently went thru this. Item 11 contains the spring loaded actuator to ground. It also cancels the turn signals. While Summit Racing has this & says compatible, it is not. Wrong inside diameter and too shallow to get the shaft clip back...

    I'm sure it's an age old question, K 20 ride quality improvements.

    Experienced the ride quality of various tires at a dealership. Brand new F150’s, same trim level. First one rode like a barkalounger. Second one over same test drive would transmit every road imperfection to the steering wheel & to a lesser degree the seat. First truck had Michelin P rated tires.

    Either the bushing is incorrect, the bracket is wallowed or broken or the pedal lever is worn out. Should be no side to side.

    After replacing top bushing is it still sloppy side to side or binding? Recently had same, but the smaller spring broke a was straight forward. Even a little bind will negate the small spring force.
