Here i have antifreeze, motor oil, power steering fluid and power steering fluid all behind the seat and its not noticed until i flip my seat forwards.- Z28 Guy

What have you done to your square lately??
Used the truck to tow my Z28 to the body shop for some touch up paint on both bumpers and a antenna delete on the quarter panel. -

Im at 2600 RPM at 55 mph with my truck. 4.10 gears and the tires are 29.5 tall. Tranmission is TH400 My problem is that the 87 R20 454 truck is weak . Rated 230hp/385TQ Hoping my overtime kick back in so i can build a stouter big block. -

Loaded my Z28 for a real world tow test. I actually bought the truck amd trailer to pull this car specifically. The 454 does okay on flat land but struggle on the slopes and hills. -

Emergency stash box ready. Might paint it to match the interior... not sure yet. But so far is holds antifreeze, power steering fluid, tranmission fluid and motor oil. You never know when you will anything. -

I found a set of big block 049 heads with 2.19/1.88 valves for 400 dollars... is this a good deal or not? I plan on building a motor for towing -

Planning/Building me a big block on paper before i buy anything. As far as timing chains... do you get what you pay for? I see 25 dollar timing chains then i see 125 dollar timing chains in the same catalog. -

I love my 4th gen Z28. I can promise you that the 4th gen cars are awesome cars to make a real street/strip beast. My brother has a 87 Z28... as a tall guy i have more room in my 4th gen vs his 3rd gen. The 3rd gen cars are awesome as well and easier to work on. If you done have a post lift the...- Z28 Guy

I own both a Built LS engine and a stock TBI 454 in my fleet. Each one has a purpose. I never owned a old school small block but from what i have LEARNED is building a LS motor is not cheap at all. The lifters are your biggest enemy as you get what you for. Been there and done that. The...- Z28 Guy

Snapped a pic after getting the injectors fixed. Car quest sold me the wrong injectors. New ones from another parts store popped right in place. Now im wanting to add a smallish size tach to the truck as im getting it ready to pull my Z28 to the track. Any pointers on a small tach recommendation ? -

I need your help guys. I pulled my old injectors out to fast and didnt pay attention to the injector hole placement. My truck is a 87 model 454 TBI if that matters. Do anybody know EXACTLY how the hole in the injector hole lines up or better yet have a detailed pic. -

I added a small emergency fuse kit today. Got the container from a co worker. Look closely.... its a Zip tie hiding in plain sight . This will go in the Ash Tray easily. Also added some wire connector. With slight mods you can fit a whole altoid tin can in the ash tray.
