    What year front clip do you like best?

    I probably would have not changed if mine had Silverado front but have all the parts now for swap to 89-91 burb/blazer front grill. The single headlight Scottsdale grill was not doing it for me.

    I have 3:73 rear w/ Eaton posi in my 86 Scottsdale w/700 r4 and feel it's perfect.

    I believe it was around 1k but modifying those panels took me a long time. Cutting into that new $$ repro gauge panel was scary plus I used a hand file on it lastly.

    Getting ready to get these Speed Hut gauges installed soon. I modified a reproduction gauge bezel by cutting/grinding down the plastic pods in the back so they would flush up to the backside of bezel. Mounted the gauges in an earlier metal style back piece after enlarging the holes. Been saving...

    Champion radiator difficulties

    Yes, I found some studs that fit. The serpentine was a GM kit from Summit that included new: water pump, PS pump, A/C compressor and alternator plus all hardware/brackets. I added reverse fan/clutch. I may look into adding fan spacer with long bolts instead.

    I have used a BB radiator w/ plastic tank for many years on my SB 1986 c10 without any issues. Bought a GM top plate along with a reproduction fan shroud from LMC. I like the shroud better over the SB one. Also, since I recently swapped to a serpentine belt kit, I might have to get the fan...
